Comfortable apartments with wood stove in Tignes-Le-Lac

Chalet Gypaete is divided into two apartments, a 10-person apartment and a 14-person apartment with outdoor whirlpool. Just 100 meters away from the chalet are the ski elevators Chaudanne and Pâquis, each going in a different direction in the 300 km slopes of the Tignes - Val d'Isère ski area.

The center of Tignes-Le-Lac is about 500 meters from the chalet. Here you will find several ski elevators, sports stores with ski rentals, the ESF ski school and several restaurants and bars. Also located here is the L'Espace Aquatique Le Lagon, where you will find swimming pools and a spa with sauna, hammam and whirlpool. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters from chalet Gypaete. The center can also be reached by ski bus, which leaves approximately every 5 minutes just 50 meters from the chalet.

The chalet has a shared entrance on the first floor, where there is a ski storage room with ski boot dryer. Both apartments are attractively furnished and have a wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace. The apartments can also be rented together for groups of up to 24 people. You will then have the entire chalet at your disposal.

In Tignes, you can park your car in one of the public parking garages or in one of the public parking lots in the village (for a fee and reserved in advance at https://en.tignes.net/holidays/car-parks).

Layout

This apartment consists of two floors (ground floor and first floor).

The living room is located on the first floor and has a cozy sitting area with television, a wood stove, a large dining table (for 14 persons) and a refrigerator with freezer. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and two coffee makers. From the living room you have access to a furnished terrace with outdoor whirlpool.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of which have two single beds and one 4-person room with two single beds and a bunk bed. All bathrooms are en-suite, three of them with a shower and toilet and one with a bath and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Furthermore, this apartment has Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer (shared with the 10-person apartment above).

Please note: there are no stairs in the apartment itself. To go from the ground floor to the first floor and vice versa, you need to use the common stairs in the chalet. The doors to the common corridor/staircase can of course be closed.
