The chalet-apartments Hölzl are conveniently located in the lively village Königsleiten. The apartments are situated at the beginning of the village, near all facilities. The piste and the Märchenwaldlift are 500 metres away (up-hill) and the nearest supermarket and restaurant are found at only 150 metres from the chalet.

In Königsleiten there are two ski schools and a nursery. Also in the evenings there are plenty of things to do e.g. in one of the bars for some fun après-ski. Königsleiten belongs to Wald im Pinzgau; in this village you'll find an indoor pool and a number of wellness facilities.

The chalet-apartments Hölzl are built in rustic and authentic style. The apartments are neatly furnished and have a balcony or a terrace. There is parking available at the chalet and there is a common ski room.
