Spacious apartments with wellness close to the slopes at Sölden

General description

Apartments Alpin is located in a quiet and sunny location, a short distance from the piste that leads to the Giggijochbahn. This piste is about 500 meters away. In good snow conditions you can ski back up to 100 meters from Apartments Alpin (no piste, not for beginners). The nearest restaurant is already 100 meters away and a small supermarket is about 1 km away. A hiking trail runs near the apartment building and a ski bus stop is only 50 meters away.

The center of Sölden has many amenities, including a supermarket, stores, several restaurants and, of course, several bars. Indeed, for a lively après-ski, Sölden is the place to be! A ski school and ski rental can be found about 1.3 km from Apartment Alpin.

Apartments Alpin has an elevated position, which gives you a beautiful panoramic view. In the building you will find a communal wellness area with a sauna and infrared cabin (both free to use 2x a week, additional use for a fee possible) and a relaxation room. There is also an elevator and ski storage room with ski boot dryer. On site it is possible to arrange bread service and there is parking at the apartment building. There are two charging stations for charging electric cars (at local rates).

Layout

This apartment is located on the second floor and consists of two apartments that are connected. Ideal if you are two families together, for example, but still want your privacy from time to time.

Modern furnished living room with a sofa, television, safe. Two fully equipped kitchens with four ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, among others. In one of the kitchens there is a dining table for 6 persons, in the other kitchen for 4 persons. Second living room with a sofa and television. Furthermore, this apartment has free Wi-Fi and balcony.

Four bedrooms, two each with a double bed, single bed and television and two each with a double bed and television. All beds are box-spring beds that can be pushed together. Four bathrooms each with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Two separate toilets.

The stated price applies to occupancy of up to 10 persons. On request an 11th or 12th person may be allowed (for a fee).
