General description

In the village of Kaltenbach, on the edge of the forest, you will find the comfortable chalet-apartment Eberharter. This chalet makes a good home base for exploring the popular Zillertal. The gondola elevator for the Hochzillertal ski area is 700 meters away and the ski bus departs about 50 meters away. Tip: also take the ski bus or car to the Karspitzbahn near Zell am Ziller, about 9 km away. This elevator takes you into the Zillertal Arena ski area with a total of 540 km of slopes!

The center of Kaltenbach is 400 meters from the apartment. Here you will find a ski school, childcare, wellness facilities, an indoor pool, a supermarket, stores, restaurants and après-ski venues.

Chalet Eberharter consists of three floors, the owner of chalet lives on the first floor and has a private entrance. The chalet apartment has four parking spaces and there is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer.

Layout

This apartment is spread over the first and second floors and is accessed by the outside stairs giving you a private entrance.

On the second floor is the living room with a sitting/dining area and television. Modern equipped kitchen with, among other things, hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher.

Six bedrooms, four of which have a double bed, one triple room with a double bed and sofa bed and one room with two single beds. Most rooms have a sink. Also, some bedrooms have a balcony.

Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Two separate toilets.
