General description

The Dorferapartment is a modern chalet apartment, located in the heart of Gerlos on the 4th floor of a recently built complex. The Dorfbahn cable car is about 300 metres from the chalet apartment. This takes you via the middle station on the Rössl Alm to the mountain station on the Vorkogel at 2,100 m altitude. The ski bus stops right in front of the door, so you can also reach the Isskogel cabin lift within minutes. This cabin lift takes you directly into the ski area. An excellent starting point to immediately tackle a challenging slope, or to just take on one of the wide, blue slopes.

At the end of the day you can ski right into the lively centre of Gerlos where you can enjoy the winter sports atmosphere in the après-ski capital of Austria until the late hours.

The apartment is furnished in a modern style and has a sleek finish, with the use of wood and natural stone. The complex has an elevator. The centre of Gerlos is just a few minutes walk away. So you can easily do some shopping or return to the apartment from the après-ski.

The Dorferapartment has its own ski storage. Underneath the complex there is a garage, where two parking spaces are reserved for you. Other cars can be parked in the village. The chalet has a free Wi-Fi internet connection.

This accommodation is rented out including an extensive catering service. So you don't have to worry about anything anymore, just enjoy everything the area has to offer!

The catering includes:
7x Breakfast buffet; including coffee, tea, fruit juice, baguettes, (chocolate) croissants, cheese, various meats and sweet spreads.
6x Dinner (between 18:00 and 19:30); extensive 3-course dinner, including soft drinks, juices, beer and an appropriate wine, and a cup of coffee or tea after the meal.

Throughout the day, drinks (except strong alcoholic beverages and in reasonable measure) are included.

In the middle of the week the chalet staff has a day off. On this day breakfast is self-service and you are expected to provide dinner at your own expense.

Layout

This apartment is located on the fourth floor and is easily accessible by elevator (or stairs).

Modern, sleek living room with a cozy sitting area, fireplace and dining area. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony with a nice view at the lively town of Gerlos. Kitchen area with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and water boiler.

Three bedrooms with a double bed each. Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet. When staying with 8 people, an extra folding bed will be placed in two of the three bedrooms.

The Dorferapartment can also be booked in combination with the opposite chalet Dorferhaus. You then have a sleeping place for up to 22 people and a catering service. Dinner will be served in chalet Dorferhaus.
