Chalet Green Garden is a semi-detached chalet, where you have the right half completely at your disposal. The chalet is located in Walchen, at about 6,5 km from Kaprun. In the center of Kaprun you can get your daily groceries, several restaurants and various (sports) shops. You can also pick up rental equipment here, if booked in advance.
The nearest ski lift is the MK Maiskogelbahn, located in the center of Kaprun. This ski lift will take you to the Maiskogel ski area which connects to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Would you like to spend a day exploring the slopes somewhere else? Zell am See is less than 10 minutes away from Chalet Green Garden. Also the ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn is accessible with a multi-day ski pass, challenges enough!
The chalet apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated and has a private wellness area with sauna. There is also a house bar and dartboard for cozy evenings together. Furthermore, you can use the washing machine and dryer and the chalet has a ski storage room.
The chalet apartment is divided over three floors.
On the ground floor is the cozy living room with sitting area, television and dining area. Open kitchen with cooking plates, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle.
There is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a double bed and a vide with two single beds (to be reached by steep stairs). Two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.
In the basement you will find the wellness area with sauna, shower, toilet and sun loungers. Furthermore, there is a house bar and ski storage.
