Chalet Linden Platzl has an ideal location in the village of Itter just 50 meters from the piste. This piste takes you to Itter's valley station, the Salvista Gondelbahn. From here you have a direct connection to the entire ski area of Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental. You can easily ski to Söll and Hopfgarten, but you can also head toward Ellmau or Westendorf to explore the slopes.
In Itter you will find a small supermarket (about 2.2 km away). For big shopping, it is better to drive to Söll or Hopfgarten. Here you will also find a wide selection of restaurants, stores and bars.
Chalet Linden Platzl has a sauna, after a day on the slopes this is the perfect place to relax. Furthermore, the chalet has a ski boot dryer and five parking spaces, one of which is in the garage. The last 200 meters of the access road to the chalet is unpaved.
The chalet is spread over three floors.
Cozy living room with sitting area, television and dining table. Kitchen with four ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer), coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher, among other things. Separate playroom with sitting area and television.
Four bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and a 3-person bunk bed. Three bathrooms, two of which have a shower and toilet. The third bathroom has a shower, sauna and television. Separate toilet.
