The beautiful apartments of Kitz Residenz are located at the bottom of the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. The center of Kaprun is within walking distance (about 800 meters) and the ski bus stops almost in front of the apartment. The ski bus takes you to the Maiskogel ski area (approx. 1.3 km away) or to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (approx. 5 km away). A new connecting elevator connects these two areas and allows you to ski almost the entire year on the snow-sure slopes that this area has to offer. The ski area of Zell am See is about 6 km away.
In the 1950s, during the construction of the dam, the building of Kitz Residenz was a hospital. After a thorough renovation, they are now very spacious and modern apartments. The building with its distinctive red and white shutters has been extended with two towers inspired by the design of the castle in Kaprun.
All apartments at Kitz Residenz are comfortably and attractively furnished and also equipped with free Wi-Fi connection. In the basement of the apartment building is the heated storage room for your skis and ski boots. Parking spaces are available at the apartment complex. The apartment complex is wonderfully quiet and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Bread roll service is possible.

Comfortable living room with sitting area with double sofa bed, television and dining area. Fully equipped open kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. Balcony.
A total of four bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. One triple room with a double bed and a single bed.
Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet.
This apartment has a private sauna, washing machine and dryer.
Although this type has more beds, the maximum occupancy allowed is 10 people.
