Avenida Mountain Resort is an apartment building on the outskirts of the center of Kaprun, with a beautiful panoramic view of Kaprun and the mountain world. The distance to the ski slope is about 700 meters and the ski bus stop is located at the apartment building. The center of Kaprun is about 750 meters away, here you will find various stores, après-ski bars and restaurants.
The spacious apartment building Avenida Mountain Resort was built in Austrian chalet style and has an attractive, contemporary look. There are several facilities including an indoor pool, several saunas, a solarium and a cozy restaurant with delicious dishes from the Austrian cuisine. In the morning you can use a bread roll service (at payment). There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for a fee), a heated ski storage room and there are also parking spaces in the garage.
All apartments have internet access (Wi-Fi) and a balcony or terrace. Several apartments offer a beautiful view of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203 meters high).
