The completely renovated chalet Andrea is located in the friendly village of Leogang. A ski bus stops 500 meters from the chalet and the Steinbergbahn gondola elevator is 850 meters away. This ski elevator takes you to 1760m altitude (right next to the mountain station of the Asitzbahn), after which you can continue into the ski area Skicircus Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn. At the Steinbergbahn you will also find a practice area with the Krallerhoflift and short blue runs. There is a ski school and for the little ones there is Krallis Kinderland.
There is a supermarket 1.3 km from chalet Andrea. A number of (sports) stores, restaurants and bars can be found in the area. For more stores and restaurants you can divert to the center of Saalfelden about 9 km away.
Chalet Andrea is attractively furnished and fully equipped with many luxury items, such as a television lounge and sauna. In short, after a day on the slopes you can relax here!
There are seven parking spaces at the chalet. There is also a heated ski storage room, Wi-Fi and washing machine.
The agency where you pick up the key is located in Maishofen.
The ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn closes every year around Easter. As of that date, however, you can still ski on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier near Kaprun.
The peace and quiet of local residents must be respected during your stay. Youth groups are not allowed in this chalet.

Great Price quality ratio!! but you get what you pay for. I will start by saying - we had a group of 18 people for a week, and the accomodation was great. Highly recommend for a budget large group trip. However, there were some annoyances that could be easily fixed & would make a huge difference in comfort. 1. Thermostat. The whole place was REALLY hot, such that we had the windows open all week. A thermostat would make it a better stay and probably save the owners a ton of money. 2. Wifi. There is wifi in the TV room and on the first floor, but the rest of the building had very poor wifi signal. Some £30 wifi extenders would fix this instantly! 3. Boot room. There were shelves which you could put boots on, but the room was being "warmed" by a 3kW electric heater that was on 24/7 that did very little to actually dry out your boots. We ended up putting them in the boiler room instead (which was an inferno). If the owners put in an electric boot rack in the skii room, it would be a better stay AND probably save them money (that heater costs £45 per week to run!!!) a electric skii boot dryer would pay for itself in a season. I could keep going - dim lights, locks that didn't work. Stuff that a handyman could just fix in a day or so. I'm still giving an overall 8/10 as we enjoyed the stay & I want to recommend the accomodation, but I hope one of the owners will read this and make some changes.

Reception was not on site but everything went well via Whatsapp! The chalet was not so spick and span, there was still a fair amount of dust fluff under the beds and in the corners in several places cobwebs with a spider here and there! Sufficiently spacious bedrooms and little noise from the other rooms and or such The kitchen was well equipped for the entire group (24pers) to cook, only the dining area was bit narrow and minimal space and think if we had been with several people that not everyone could sit comfortably!
