Chalet Gretl has a central but quiet location in the family friendly Serfaus. The village is car free and has an underground metro system making everything easy to reach. The chalet is located 60 meters from the nearest subway station, this metro takes you within minutes to the valley station. From here three gondolas leave directly into the ski area of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
The attractive village center of Serfaus is located just in front of the chalet (50 m). Here you will find all the necessary facilities for a great winter sport. There are several nice restaurants, supermarkets, (sports) shops, several bars and cozy aprés-ski possibilities.
The typical Tyrolean chalet is well maintained and has a lot of atmosphere. All rooms have a beautiful view of the surrounding snow-capped mountains and there are several balconies where you can enjoy the last winter sunrays after a day on the slats, if you're lucky. There is also a ski storage room where you can store your equipment and Wi-Fi.
Because the village is car free and you can get everywhere easily with the underground metro you won't need your car during your holiday. Only on Saturday it is possible to drive with the car to the chalet so you can easily unload and load luggage. At the beginning of the village there are several extensive parking facilities where you can park your car.
Chalet Gretl is rented including extensive catering service! So you don't have to worry about anything anymore and can fully enjoy everything the area has to offer!
The catering includes:
7x Breakfast buffet, including coffee, tea, fruit juice, baguettes, (chocolate) croissants, cheese, various meats and sweet spreads.
6x Dinner (between 18:00 and 19:30); extensive 3-course dinner, including soft drinks, juices, beer and an appropriate wine, and a cup of coffee or tea after the meal.
Throughout the day, drinks (except strong alcoholic beverages and in reasonable measure) are included.
In the middle of the week the chaletboy or -girl has a day off. On this day breakfast is self-service and you are expected to provide dinner at your own expense.
To provide an optimal service, the chalet staff themselves also stay in the chalet. They have their own bedroom and bathroom, these are not described further in the text.
This chalet consists of several luxurious apartments.
Basement (-2):
Two spacious apartments, both with two double bedrooms each and en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one with bath and toilet. Each apartment has its own living room (with single sofa bed) with kitchen. In one of the apartments there is an extra bed in a bedroom.
Basement (-1):
Two spacious identical apartments, both with two bedrooms each, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one with shower and toilet and one with bath and toilet. Each apartment has its own living room with kitchen.
Ground floor:
Large (common) living room with sitting area and television. Spacious (common)
dining room. Separate (common) kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both with en-suite bathroom, of which one with shower and toilet and one with bath and toilet. Separate toilet. Furthermore the chalet has Wi-Fi and several balconies.
First floor:
Two spacious identical apartments, both with two double bedrooms each and en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet and a private living area with kitchen.
Although this chalet has more beds, the maximum permitted number of guests is 28.
