Beautiful, recently built luxury chalet apartments decorated and built in typical Savoyard style. A lot of wood and other natural materials have been used, giving it a cozy feel. Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village consists of nine chalet buildings housing the apartments. The buildings are set up like a small village and this "village" has its own facilities for the first needs such as a bakery, ski rental and a supermarket. There is free Wi-Fi connection at the reception and in all apartments. Each apartment has its own ski locker.
Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village is located directly on a simple green slope (Hermine). Through this slope, the cabin elevator (TC 10 Val Cenis Le Haut) and the ski school with children's club are easily accessible (approx. 150 meters). The cabin elevator has a quick connection to the beginner's area of Val Cenis, here you will find many green slopes. The advanced skier takes after the cabin elevator another fast chairlift (Arcelle) after which you can go through the entire ski area (125 km of slopes).
The apartments are located within walking distance of the center of Val Cenis. Right next to Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village is the Platinium building which has a wellness center. Of this wellness center, with swimming pool, saunas, hammam, fitness and jacuzzi, you can use several days a week for free (days and times will be communicated on site).
Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village also has its own restaurant with sun terrace right next to the slopes; La Bergerie.
Cozy living room equipped with double sofa bed, television, wood stove and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Balcony.
Seven bedrooms, four of which each have a double bed and three bedrooms each have two single beds. Nine bathrooms, eight with bath and one with shower. Eight toilets.
This type is on the top floor and each bedroom has its own balcony.
