Chalet Piccola Pietra is a charming, comfortably furnished chalet with fireplace and private sauna, located in the traditional mountain village of Le Villaret. Le Villaret is a small hamlet about 5 minutes drive from Vallandry and about 600 meters from the cozy village of Peisey. In Peisey you can go for daily shopping and you will also find ski rental and all kinds of entertainment venues.
From Villaret there is a free ski elevator (Lonzagne, located approximately 350 meters from Chalet Piccola Pietra) to the heart of Peisey-Vallandry. Here you can also hop on the Vanoise Express. This elevator runs from 9 am to 6 pm in the morning (subject to change).
The chalet is a semi-detached house (Piccola Pietra is the left part) and is built in traditional style with lots of wood and natural stone. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the Vanoise mountains. There is free parking in front of the chalet. Because the chalet is in the highest part of the hamlet, you have a fantastic view over the valley through the large windows of the living room.

Small bathrooms, main bathroom only had a tub. Poor cleaning. A sauna in the barn which meant you had to cross the street to get back to the apartment. Too little/incomplete crockery.
