Built in Savoyard style, Altitude de l'Ours is managed by the long-established Résidence Altitude. The l'Ours has 20 beautiful, spacious chalet apartments. The complex is located a short distance from the slopes and close to the center. When staying in this residence, you can make free use of the wellness area in the adjacent Altitude chalet (which includes a heated swimming pool, gym with various equipment and a sauna), open from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and can be reached indoors via the garage or otherwise outdoors (approx. 30 meters). Altitude de l'Ours has a ski storage room with ski boot dryers and Wi-Fi internet.
Just 50 meters from the apartments you will find a supermarket and two pubs. The ski rental is right next to the reception, so you can quickly pick up your reserved equipment there! The center of Arc 2000 is easily accessible via a passenger elevator up (it is located in a building 50 meters away) and then it is a short walk. In this center you can find several restaurants, bars, a bowling alley and also the ski school. The ski school can also be reached by a drag elevator that starts about 50 meters from the reception. This elevator opens well before lessons begin. With this elevator you have direct access to the fantastic ski area of Les Arcs with more than 200 kilometers of slopes.
You can park in the parking garage, places for this are available on request and cost about € 80.00 per car per week (to be paid on the spot). The height of this garage is 2.10 meters. In this garage there is an electrical outlet that can be used to charge electric cars. The use of this outlet is on request and costs € 30.00 per charge.
Spacious, comfortable living room with sitting area, double sofa bed, fireplace, television and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven and refrigerator with freezer. Balcony.
Five bedrooms each with two single beds and three bedrooms each with a double bed. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, each with bath or shower and toilet.
Furthermore, this apartment has a private sauna and is spread over two floors.
