Check in time is 5pm and in our opinion way too late. Never experienced before. We arrived at 3pm and if we wanted the key earlier we had to pay an additional 40 euros. So this means that the room was already ready. Did not think this was reasonable and welcoming. 14h or 15h check in would be a reasonable time. By asking that 40euro I got the feeling that they wanted to quickly earn extra money from the tired tourist who has 2 days of driving behind him.
