Résidence Les Nouveaux Alpages is newly built and features beautiful modern apartments. The residence is quietly situated in the authentic ski village of Champagny en Vanoise and has all the comforts for a great winter sports vacation. Thus, guests of Les Nouveaux Alpages can make free use of the wellness area in the adjacent residence Les Alpages de Champagny. The wellness area has a sauna, steam bath, indoor heated swimming pool and fitness room.
The residence is about 1.5 km from the gondola elevator 'Champagny', which provides a good connection with the beautiful ski area of La Plagne with no less than 200 km of slopes. Champagny also has its own small ski area with about 30 km of slopes, here you will find mainly blue and red runs. Ideal for the beginning winter sportsman! The residence offers a free shuttle service with which you will be brought to the slopes or the center within a few minutes.
All apartments have Wi-Fi and access to a ski storage room. There is also a parking garage with 1 or 2 parking spaces for each apartment.
This apartment is located on the top floor.
Spacious modern living room with comfortable seating area, television and exit to the balcony (18m²). Dining area and fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, among other things.
Four bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
Furthermore, this apartment has a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi and two parking spaces in the garage.
