What a special location this is! Right on the slopes, just above the bustling village of Val Thorens you will find Les Chalets du Thorens. These apartments are only accessible from the slopes, via a 750-meter footpath or by snowmobile (to be arranged through the reception) so you can still go into the village in the evening. Furthermore, the famous après-ski bar "360" is near the résidence. Here every afternoon the roof goes off during the après-ski! Famous DJs also regularly spin there and events are organized.
From the apartments Les Chalets du Thorens you step directly onto the slopes in the morning! Through the slopes you reach the chairlift Modaine (100 meters), which takes you to the Glacier de Thorens. You can also descend to the village (approx. 750 meters), where several ski elevators take you further into the ski area of Les Trois Vallées.
Les Chalets du Thorens has several slopeside restaurants with terraces, including a pizzeria, wok restaurant and buffet restaurant. At the restaurants, you can enjoy fine dining at a reduced rate. On request, it is possible to arrange half-board from 4 people or room service. For ski schools, ski rental, supermarkets, various stores and more entertainment venues you can visit the center of Val Thorens.
Résidence Les Chalets du Thorens consists of eight well-kept apartments, from 2 to 12 persons. All apartments have Wi-Fi and per apartment you have your own ski locker with ski boot dryer at your disposal in the shared ski storage room. There is a common room with a sauna and fitness equipment, which you can use free of charge.
In car-free Val Thorens it is mandatory to park your car in one of the public parking lots or in one of the public parking lots in the village (book in advance via www.valthoparc.com, can be done up to 1 week before departure). For Les Chalets du Thorens, we recommend parking at P2.
The résidence can be reached on foot, by ski or by snowmobile (on request at the reception and possible outside the opening hours of the slopes: at 17.45, 18.30 and 19.30 for free and after that for a fee). After 8 p.m., it is possible to reach the center of Val Thorens or the residence by snowmobile (from 8 p.m. to midnight: €5.50 per person; after midnight: €15 per person - book before 5:30 p.m. at the reception).
Living room with sitting area, television, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Furthermore, this apartment has a Wi-Fi internet connection and a ski locker.
One bedroom with a double bed. One cabin with a single bed. One walk-through room with a bunk bed (not lockable). One bathroom with a shower and toilet.
