At the top of the popular ski resort Val Thorens and with a beautiful view over the village and the valley are the chalet apartments Les Balcons Platinium Val Thorens. These apartments are located in one of the chalet buildings of Les Balcons and are modern and luxurious.
At about 100 meters from the apartments you step on the slopes and you can start exploring the immense Les Trois Vallées ski area. At the end of the day it is possible to ski back via the red slope to close to the apartment. Beginners can also take the shuttle bus (stops in front of the reception) or walk back a bit because this piste does require some experience.
The center of Val Thorens with various stores, après-ski venues and cozy restaurants can be found at about 400 meters from chalet-apartments Les Balcons Platinium Val Thorens. Directly at the accommodation you will find a supermarket, bar, ski rental and the residence has two restaurants. Pre-booking meals is possible (both dinner and half board; see 'Extra bookings').
Guests of Les Balcons Platinium Val Thorens can use the wellness area of the Platinium building with whirlpool, sauna and hammam. You also have access to the general wellness center of Les Balcons which includes pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room. For a fee, massage and beauty treatments are available.
Each apartment has its own ski locker with ski boot dryers and Wi-Fi internet connection. You can park your car in the garage of the residence (reserve in advance and at a fee, max height 2.10 meters) or you can book a parking space in one of the parking garages of Val Tho Parc (reserve in advance via www.valthoparc.com). The public parking garage P0 is located about 300 meters from the residence.
