Chalet Caseblanche is a beautiful park with luxurious, newly built chalets and chalet apartments in the friendly mountain village of Saint Martin de Belleville. The first chalets were completed in December 2018, with a few more added each year thereafter. The park is in a perfect location, right on the blue slopes and just above the valley station of cabin elevator Saint Martin 1, giving the opportunity for ski-in & ski-out. This cabin elevator connects to the slopes that take you to the ski resorts of Les Menuires and Méribel.
The authentic village of St. Martin de Belleville has a cozy village center with all the necessary amenities such as a supermarket, various stores and restaurants which can be found about 500 meters from Caseblanche. Ski lessons start right at the cabin elevator, in the morning you glide here in a few moments!
At the park there are several facilities such as restaurant Simple & Meilleur, where you can go in the afternoon and evening for good food and snack bar Bell'Savoie for bread and various snacks. Next to the restaurant you have access to the slopes to the cabin elevator. There are chalets and chalet apartments for groups of up to 16 people, some even with private sauna and/or whirlpool. The chalets are spacious and modern.
Right by the slopes is a ski storage room where each chalet has its own ski locker with shoe dryer. Dragging your equipment is therefore not necessary.
Chalet Chanterella is number K3 on the map (see photos).
This chalet is spread over four floors, has its entrance on the ground floor and has an elevator.
On the ground floor there is a ski storage room with ski boot dryer, laundry room with washer and dryer, separate toilet and two parking garages with space for two cars each.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, one with bath and toilet, two with shower and toilet and one with shower. The sauna can also be found on this floor, as well as a separate toilet and balcony.
On the second floor is the spacious living room (ca. 50 m²) with a cozy sitting area, fireplace, television, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with amongst others three cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and water boiler. From the living room you have access to the spacious terrace (approx. 40 m²), where from the whirlpool you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Small second living room with sofa and television.
On the third floor there are two bedrooms, of which the fifth bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The sixth bedroom has two bunk beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
