Chalet Saint Marc is a comfortable chalet located in the village of Saint Marcel de Belleville. It consists of two parts; a 6-person apartment on the first floor and 14-person chalet on the first and second floor. Both parts have their own entrance and are also good to rent in combination!
The ski slopes and ski elevators are located approximately 1.1 km from the chalet, in the village of Saint Martin. The ski bus to St. Martin de Belleville leaves 100 meters from the chalet. This ski bus runs about 2x in the morning and also 2x at the end of the day (changes reserved).
The village of Saint Marcel de Belleville is located in the gigantic ski area of Les Trois Vallées, but has nevertheless retained its characteristic French appearance. In the nearby village of Saint Martin you will find a cozy village center including a number of restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets.
Free parking is available near the chalet.
This chalet consists of two floors.
Living room with a sitting area with fireplace, television and a dining area. Separate kitchen equipped with, among other things, four cooking plates, a large refrigerator (with freezing compartment), a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a water boiler and a dishwasher.
Six bedrooms, of which one triple room with a double bed and a single bed and another triple room with three single beds. Furthermore, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bedroom with bunk beds. Five bathrooms, of which three with shower and two with shower and toilet. Two separate toilets.
Furthermore, the chalet has a sauna, a ski storage room, a balcony/terrace and Wi-Fi. In the basement of the chalet is a small apartment that is rented separately.
This apartment is located on the first floor of Chalet Saint Marc.
Spacious living room with a sitting area with 2-person sofa bed, television and a dining area. The kitchen has a ceramic 3-burner hob, fridge (with freezer), oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Furthermore, the chalet apartment has a washing machine and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. There is also free Wi-Fi.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a sleeping cabin with two single beds. Bathroom with bath. Separate toilet.
Although this apartment has 8 beds, the maximum capacity is 6 persons.
