Résidence Les Fermes de Châtel is a recently built résidence in the center of Châtel (opened in December 2015). The résidence has 87 apartments spread over 3 chalet buildings, each with four floors.
The résidence is ideally located, directly opposite the slopes and 'Super Châtel' cabin elevator. This cabin elevator takes you directly into the ski resort of Châtel. You will also find the ski school at this elevator. With the free ski bus you can easily reach the other ski elevators, such as the Linga Télécabine and the Pré-la-Joux chairlift. These take you to the Linga/Pré-la-Joux ski area, with connection to Avoriaz/Morzine. The ski bus stop is about 250 meters away and the ski bus runs about every 15 minutes. In the center of Châtel you can find a wide range of restaurants, bars and stores.
After a day of skiing, you can make free use of the heated indoor swimming pool with children's pool in Residence Les Fermes de Châtel. There is also a solarium and a Spa with whirlpool, steam bath and hammam (all for a fee). Furthermore, the residence has, among other things, a laundromat (for a fee), a lounge with bar and fireplace and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the residence. Per apartment you have one free parking space at your disposal in the parking garage (extra spaces based on availability on site).
Living room with a sitting area, dining area, 2-person sofa bed and a television. Kitchenette with a fridge freezer, ceramic hobs, combination microwave and a dishwasher. Furthermore, the apartment has a balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi.
One bedroom with a double bed. Cabin (is small bedroom without a window) with a bunk bed. Bathroom with bathtub or shower. Toilet.
Some apartments of this type are spread over two floors.
