The chalets Hameau de Flaine are located in the highest part of Flaine, in the beautiful chalet district of the same name 'Le Hameau de Flaine'. The chalets are built in the Scandinavian style and are comfortably furnished. Central in the district you will find the 'General Store' which includes a supermarket, ski rental and a restaurant.
To go skiing or snowboarding you can choose to take a (fairly flat) ski path that leads directly to the blue "Opale" slopes, or you can take the free ski bus to the slopes (about 3 minutes) that runs every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the day. The ski bus stop can be found at the bottom of the park and at the path to the slopes at the top of the park.
The district of 'Flaine Foret' with more stores, restaurants and other facilities, is about 1 km away. The ski school is about 1.5 km away.
