Les Roches Grandes is in a beautiful, quiet location a few kilometers outside Vaujany. The two chalets offer fantastic views of Lac du Verney reservoir and the surrounding mountains. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters from the chalets. This ski bus runs about 2x in the morning and also 2x at the end of the day. If you choose to go by car, you can reach the elevator and slopes in the center of Vaujany in about 10 minutes. This cabin elevator takes you directly into the middle of the large ski area of Alpe d'Huez (250 kilometers of slopes!). Ample parking is available at the cabin elevator.
In Vaujany you will also find all facilities such as ski school, supermarket, restaurant and ski rental. Vaujany also has an indoor ice rink and a large swimming pool with slide, children's pool, sauna and hammam.
There is also a ski elevator in the nearby village of Allemond. The valley station of this "Eau d'Olle Express" is about 8 minutes away by car. This cabin elevator takes you in just 8 minutes to the ski slopes of family-friendly Oz-en-Oisans, which is located at 1350 meters altitude. Ski lockers are available for rent at the cabin elevator and there is ample parking.
It is possible to combine the two chalets into a 32 person chalet. The second part of the house can then be accessed via the terrace.
