Résidence Les Balcons d'Auréa is a recently built résidence (opened in December 2015), located in the cozy and family-friendly Auris-en-Oisans. The résidence consists of 98 modernly furnished apartments, spread over 5 floors (with elevator), all with a balcony or terrace. The résidence is conveniently located about 50 meters from the slopes and 100 meters from the ski elevator. This ski elevator connects Auris with the large ski area of Alpe d'Huez.
The center of Auris-en-Oisans is small, but you will find everything you need, including several stores, restaurants and bars. There is also a cinema in the village and at the ski elevator you will find a ski school. The advantage of this small village is that everything is within walking distance.
After an active day in the snow you can make free use of the heated indoor pool at residence Les Balcons d'Auréa. You can also relax in the wellness area with sauna and steam bath (fee). The résidence is also equipped with a gym, ski storage, laundry and parking. For a fee, Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
Living room with a sitting area with double sofa bed, television, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Furthermore, the apartment has a balcony or terrace.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds. Two bathrooms, each with bathtub or shower. Toilet.
