De eerste dagen was het warme water rond 18.00 uur al op en ze vertelde eerst dat ze daar niks aan konden doen. Na twee dagen is er een monteur gekomen (iedereen in dit appartementen complex) had er last van en toen bleek de warmwatervoorziening niet goed ingeregeld te zijn. Temperatuur stond op 40 ipv 60 graden. Verder hadden ze niet goed uitgelegd welke producten we in de jacuzzi moesten gooien en toen was er bacteriën groei. Ook dit is prima opgelost. Als deze twee zaken OK waren geweest had ik een 9 gegeven. Geen 10 omdat het zitgedeelte van de huiskamer aan de kleine kant was.
