Apartment house Anita is peacefully and sunny situated on a hill in the district Zellberg. The Zillertal Arena ski area is about 6 km away and Ski-Zillertal-3000 is about 8 km away. The free ski bus stops almost at the door. At a distance of approx. 4 km, you will find the cosy centre of Zell am Ziller with a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars.
There are a total of 5 apartments in apartment house Anita. The house has a sauna, steam bath and whirlpool (in the garden), these are free to use in the evening for a maximum of 2 hours.
There is a playroom with table football and a nice garden house where you can sit and nail. There is free Wi-Fi internet access available.

This apartment is located on the entire second floor. It are two apartments that are rented together.
Living room with sitting area with a double bed, television, dining table and kitchenette with a small hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Furthermore, there is a balcony, facing south and west and a covered terrace with sitting area.
In total there are four bedrooms, one of which is a triple room with a double bed and a single sofa bed. One family room with a double bed, two single beds and television. One walk-through bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single high sleeper, through this room you come through an open passage into a bedroom with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower, hairdryer and toilet.
The mentioned price is valid for occupancy with a maximum of 10 persons. A maximum of 11 people are allowed in this apartment (on request). For this extra person there is a surcharge of € 140.00 per week, to be paid on the spot.
