Small chalet park with detached chalets and sauna, in Stumm/Kaltenbach

General description

The small-scale chalet park Alpendorf Eberharter consists of six charming, completely detached chalets. The chalets are quietly located near the village of Stumm, approximately 900 meters from the village center. The ski area of Hochzillertal / Hochfügen and the Hochzillertal gondola are located about 1.7 km from Alpendorf Eberharter. The ski school is also located here. The ski bus stop is about 250 meters from the chalets. For more slope kilometers you can go to Zell am Ziller 8 km away. The Karspitzbahn takes you to the Zillertal Arena ski area (the multi-day Zillertaler Superskipass is also valid here). For cross-country skiers there is a trail 30 meters from the chalet park.

In the center of Stumm you will find some facilities. For several facilities you can go to the larger villages in the area, including Fügen. In the nearby village of Kaltenbach, which is only separated from Stumm by the Zillertal main road, you will find a cozy après-ski right down by the ski elevators.

The chalets are all comfortably furnished and include a Swedish stove and a ski storage room. The center of Alpendorf Eberharter is car-free, here you will find a common annex containing the reception and wellness area (from December to March, on weekdays between 17:00 - 20:00: free of charge; on weekends and from April 1 daily: fee, on request) with a sauna, shower and relaxation room. Bread roll service is possible. Parking is available at the chalet.

Layout

This chalet is spread over two floors.

On the first floor is a spacious, cozy living room with sitting area, Swedish stove, television and a large dining table. Open kitchen fully equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.

Five bedrooms, each with a double bed (one on the first floor). Two bathrooms, each with a shower. Two separate toilets.

There are 2 parking spaces at the chalet.
