The comfortable apartment complex Ahornblick is located on a quiet and sunny slope approx. 6 km from the famous Kaltenbach. The ski lift is 6.4 km away and takes you to the interconnected Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area. Because the ski area is quite high, you can often ski or snowboard here until the end of the winter season. In Kaltenbach you will find most of the facilities next to the valley station. There is a ski school, ski rental, shops, apres-ski and a number of restaurants.
You can park your car for free in the large car park of Kaltenbach, which is located near the gondola on presentation of a valid ski pass. The Ahornblick apartment complex is located above Stumm, in the Gatterberg district. Because of the higher location you have a beautiful view over the surrounding mountain world. Snow chains are recommended. In the center of Stumm you will also find some facilities.
Parking spaces are available at the apartment house. Furthermore, Ahornblick has a ski storage room and Wi-Fi (at an extra charge). It is also possible to arrange a sandwich service on site for a fee.
This apartment is on the top floor and is located under the sloping roof.
Comfortable living room with a sitting area with a double sofa bed, television and dining area. Open kitchen with a.o. 4 ceramic hotplates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Furthermore, this apartment has a balcony and Wi-Fi (extra charge).
Three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
The mentioned price is valid for occupancy with a maximum of 8 persons. Although this apartment has 10 beds, a maximum of 9 people are allowed (on request). For person 9 there is a surcharge of € 70.00 per week (excl. ski pass) to be paid on the spot.
