Désirée and Max are located in the beautiful wooded Filzstein district near the Duxeralm/Gerlosplatte at about a 5-minute walk from the Tellers drag lift and the 4-seater Filztein chairlift. This chairlift takes you directly 'onto the Platte', providing a direct connection to Königsleiten. Off piste descents up to the chalets are possible. Furthermore, it is about 300 metres from the cross-country ski runs and cleared hiking trails.
The cosy Alpengasthof Filzstein (good and affordable meals) is 400 metres away. There is a large supermarket in Königsleiten. Bread roll service is possible.
There are three parking spaces per chalet and a ski storage room with shoe dryer and ski rack.

Prima huis, lekker compact. Op de bank konden de 5 kinderen lekker zitten, maar de volwassenen moesten 's avonds chillen in de eetkamerhoek. Afstand tot de piste is wel verder dan 5 minuten lopen.
