Fully detached comfortable chalet, a short distance from the ski elevator. The cozy chalets Max and Désirée are located next to each other and therefore offer a good possibility for several families or a larger group of friends (max. 16 persons). The chalets are both nicely decorated and spread over two floors.
Désirée and Max are located in the beautiful wooded area of Filzstein near the Duxeralm/Gerlosplatte about a 5-minute walk from the Tellers drag elevator and the 4-seater Filztein chairlift. This chairlift takes you directly 'onto the Platte' and thus has a direct connection to Königsleiten. Off piste descents up to the chalets are possible. Furthermore, it is about 300 meters from the cross-country ski trails and cleared hiking trails.
The cozy Alpengasthof Filzstein (good and affordable meals) is 400 meters away. There is a large supermarket in Königsleiten. Bread roll service is possible.
Each chalet has two parking spaces and a ski storage room with shoe dryer and ski rack.

Renovated living room with underfloor heating, sitting area with sleeping possibility for two persons, fireplace, television, DVD player and radio. Cozy, typical Austrian dining area. Fully equipped open kitchen with four electric hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a terrace, south-facing balcony (with seating), washing machine and internet (Wi-Fi).
Three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one 4-person room with two bunk beds. Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet.
Although the chalet has 10 sleeping places, it is allowed to stay in this chalet with a maximum of 8 people.

mooie ligging in prachtig gebied. Grootte chalet uitstekend. Inrichting te karig qua stoelen i woonkamer. servies en bestek, met name glaswerk niet voldoende voor 8-10 pers.

Prima huis, lekker compact. Op de bank konden de 5 kinderen lekker zitten, maar de volwassenen moesten 's avonds chillen in de eetkamerhoek. Afstand tot de piste is wel verder dan 5 minuten lopen.
