Spacious detached chalet in the center of Kaprun

General description

Chalet Winterlodge is a detached chalet with central location in the cozy Kaprun.

The nearest slopes can be found at about 600 meters on the Lechnerberg, Kaprun's practice slopes. The Maiskogel ski area is about 800 meters away. Through a new connecting elevator, the Maiskogel ski area is directly connected to the Kitzsteinhorn ski area. Here the white world lies at your feet and you can seek adventure above the tree line. Because of the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the elevators are open almost all year round. But of course you can also choose to go skiing in the popular Zell am See, the ski bus stop is about 50 meters away.

The center of Kaprun is about 200 meters walking distance. Here you can have a drink after an active day on the slopes in one of the cozy après-ski bars or eat in one of the restaurants in the village. Here you will also find nice stores and supermarkets where you can do your daily shopping.

Chalet Winterlodge has its own parking lot.

Layout

Chalet Winterlodge has three floors.

First floor:
Living room with sitting area, television and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, four ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.

Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Second floor:
Four bedrooms with a double bed and four en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet.

Second floor:
Two bedrooms each with a double bed and single bed and two en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. Third bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate bathroom with bath and shower and toilet.

There is also a balcony, terrace, ski storage with ski boot dryer and the possibility of charging an electric car at a local rate.
