Chalet at Neukirchen, with central location as to several ski areas

General description

At a peaceful location nearbij the picturesque village of Neukirchen the comfortable 15-person chalet Bauernhaus Althaus is situated. Originally the chalet was a typical farm house, but it was renovated in 2007. The interior of the chalet is a mix of modern and rustic elements. There is a farm with several animals next to the chalet.

Chalet Bauernhaus Althaus is a good starting point to explore the various ski areas in the region. The gondola that grants access to the Wildkogel Ski Arena is 2.9 km away from the chalet. The KitzSki Kitzbühel ski area / Kirchberg (Panormabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen from Hollersbach, 13.4 km away) and the Zillertal Arena ski area (from Königsleiten, 15 km away) are both easy to reach. The ski bus departs in front of the chalet.

Cross country skiers have 45 km of trails in the Wildkogel Ski Arena at their disposal, for snowboarders there is a fun park with a halfpipe and there are also plenty of hiking paths in the area.

The centre of Neukirchen is about 2.6 km away. You will e.g. find a ski school, child day care, several shops, restaurants and après-ski facilities, a cinema and some wellness facilities.

Layout

The chalet is divided over two floors.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a typical Austrian "Kachelofen", dining tables and a TV. On the first floor the kitchen is found. This modern kitchen is equipped with e.g. hotplates, a fridge, microwave, oven and a dishwasher. Dining table for 6 persons. The chalet furthermore has a ski storage with ski shoe dryer.

Five bedrooms, of which one with a double bed, three 3-person bedrooms with each a double bed with single pull out bed and one 4-person bedroom with a double bed, single bed and single pull out bed. All bedrooms have a sink and some bedrooms have acces to a balcony as well. Bathroom with a shower and bath. Two separate toilets.
