Chalet Seitner is located in a beautiful, quiet spot and has a beautiful view over the Mühlbach district in Bramberg due to its elevated location. The chalet is a good base to explore several ski areas and at the end of the day to go back to a quieter environment. Approximately 5.3 km away is the Emerald Railway which brings you into the Wildkogel Ski Arena ski area. This family area is very suitable for beginners and slightly advanced skiers and has about 75 km. of slopes. For even more slopes and challenges you can visit the ski area KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg. Via the Panorama Bahn in Hollersbach, about 4.3 km away, you reach this ski area.
In Mühlbach you can go to a bakery, supermarket and restaurant, about 2 km from chalet Seitner. For more restaurants and various shops you have more choice in the center of Bramberg. There are also about 45 km of trails in the vicinity of Bramberg.
The chalet has a private sauna, ski storage with ski boot dryer, free Wi-Fi internet connection and parking in front of the chalet.
This chalet is spread over two floors. Please note that the owner also lives in a part of the house and enters it through a private entrance.
On the second floor there is a living kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove with two burners, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dining area for 6 people. Three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a double bed, small sitting area, access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor there is a living kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove with four burners, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, raclette set and a dining area for 10 people with television. Three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, small sitting area and access to the balcony, one with a double bed and one with two 1-person foldaway beds that are attached on top of each other (foldaway bunk bed). Separate shower and toilet.
Some bedrooms have a television.
Although the chalet has more sleeping places, the maximum permitted occupancy is 10 persons.
