Peaceful and centrally situated group chalet in vivid Sölden

General description

Chalet Austria has a quiet and central location in Sölden, just above the center. The nearest stores and restaurants are only 200 meters from the chalet. The 'Gaislachkogelbahn' can also be reached on foot (approx. 500 meters). This cabin elevator takes you to the Gaislachkogl at 3058 meters altitude.

This typical regional chalet consists of three apartments rented as one unit for groups of up to 19 people. On the second floor of the chalet there is another separate apartment owned by the owner with its own entrance. Chalet Austria has mainly double bedrooms and further features include a ski and ski boot storage and balconies. There are six parking spaces at the chalet.

Sölden is known for its international competitions, which is why this village often has the latest in skiing. There are also regular concerts and many activities to do. The nightlife and après-ski in Sölden is there for every crowd.

Layout

This chalet is spread over two floors. The chalet consists of three apartments rented as one. Please note that on the second floor of the chalet there is another separate apartment owned by the owner. This property has a separate entrance.

On the first floor there is an entrance with a sitting area, common living room with dining tables and a television and a separate kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher, among other things. On the second floor there are two living/bedrooms each with a double bed, sitting area and television. Furthermore, this chalet has a ski and ski-boot storage room, internet (Wi-Fi, for a fee) and balconies.

Seven bedrooms, six of which each have a double bed and one with three single beds. Four bathrooms, two with a shower each, one with a bath and one with a shower and toilet. Three separate toilets.
