Chalet Alternberger is built in typical regional style and is quietly located between the towns of Saalbach and Viehhofen. The chalet is located about 5.5 km from the center of Saalbach and about 2 km from the town of Viehhofen. The Schönleitenbahn cable car is located about 3 km from the chalet and will take you to the Wildenkarkogel (1960m). From here you can ski towards Saalbach or Leogang. The Schönleitenbahn can be reached by bus that stops at 150 meters from chalet Alternberger. It is also possible to go from Viehhofen, with the zellamseeXpress cabin elevator (about 1.8 km), to discover the ski area of Zell am See.
Chalet Alternberger has a cozy and friendly interior. Among other things, the chalet has free Wi-Fi, a ski and ski boot storage room, terrace and balconies. There is parking at the chalet. In the chalet there is another private apartment which is rented on an annual basis. This apartment also uses the same main entrance.
Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn is a large interconnected ski area with about 200 km of slopes where beginners can easily ski considerable distances. In the center of Saalbach you will find a wide range of stores and restaurants, as well as bars and discotheques for a lively après-ski. The nearest stores and restaurants are about 2 km from chalet Alternberger.
The chalet is spread over three floors.
Spacious living room with sitting area, television and dining area (suitable for 12 persons). Separate kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In addition there is a studio with a small sitting area, double bed, single bed, television, dining table, a small kitchen with a 2-ring hob and microwave and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, this chalet has a ski and ski boot storage, free Wi-Fi connection, a terrace and balconies.
Five bedrooms, two each with a double bed, single sofa bed and television, one with a double bed, one small bedroom with two single beds and television and one small bedroom with a bunk bed and television. Most bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Although this chalet has more beds, the maximum number allowed is 12 people.
Please note that the owner has his own living quarters in the chalet, however, the entrance is shared.

Voor een grote groep perfect. Fijn dat elke slaapkamer een badkamer heeft. Zowel de huisbaas als zijn vrouw, zeer aardige mensen. De inwonende persoon, nooit gezien, alleen af en toe gehoord. Was wel een beetje raar zo'n anoniem persoon ook in zo'n groot huis. Misschien toch fijn als hij/zij zich zou komen voorstellen.
