Apartment Straif is situated at a quiet and sunny location in the well-known winter sport village Kirchberg. The nearest ski lift is the chairlift Gaisberg, found at 2.5 km from the chalet. At 2 km there is a practice run, a ski school and a ski rental shop. The Maierlbahn is positioned at 3.5 km and at 4 km the Fleckeralmbahn. The bus stop is at 600 metres from the accommodation.

The centre (at 1.5 km from the apartment) of the vibrant Kirchberg is characterized by its authentic Tyrolean atmosphere – within and around the village there is plenty of entertainment and several après-ski bars. In the centre you can also find shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants. Moreover there are cross-country trails available and an indoor pool.

Apartment Straif has a modest and neat interior and has a balcony. In the building where this apartment is situated there is another apartment available. There is a common ski depot and in front there are parking possibilities. It is possible to arrange bread service (can be arranged on site) and snow chains are recommended.

Layout

This apartment is located on the first floor.

Spacious living room with a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. Furthermore, this apartment has a balcony.

Three bedrooms each with a double bed, two of which also have a washbasin. Bathroom with bath or shower. Separate toilet.

The price is for a maximum of 6 people. On request an extra bedroom with a bunk bed and a washbasin can be booked for a 7th and 8th person (on request and specify when booking; € 175,- p.p.p.w., to be settled on the spot).

Please note: the separation of waste is mandatory (if waste is not separated, a fine of € 29,- per garbage bag will be imposed).
