Kirchberg is a lively village and is well-known for its skiing accommodations and its great connection to the ski region KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg. Take your Kirchberg ski pass and hop on the Fleckenalmbahn or Maierlbahn to reach the whole ski area. In the village of Kirchberg there is a practice ski run for beginners and there are a number of ski schools. Snowboarders can enjoy themselves in the fun park on the Gaisberg or at the awesome Mercedes Benz Snowpark in Kitzbühel.
There is a large centre situated in the village of Kirchberg with an authentic Tyrolean atmosphere. In the centre and its surroundings there are popular pubs and bars situated, like the the Tiroler and the Eisbär. There are a number of restaurants, après-ski facilities, discotheques and shops - a part of this centre is car-free.
Numerous other activities are also organized. For example, you can participate in (snowshoe)walking tours or take a cross-country course. In addition, activities are organized several nights a week, such as snow tubing, tobogganing and evening skiing.
