Apartment Chäs Gruebi is located in the pleasant center of Wengen, about 50 meters from the Männlichenbahn gondola elevator and the Wengernalpbahn mountain train. Both take you to the Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen subarea at an altitude of about 2343. The subarea has no less than 110 km of slopes and for snowboarders there is a fun park called Snowboard Valley Lauberhorn Wixi. From Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen you can easily descend to the First area with about 53 km of slopes. In addition, from Wengen you can take the train to the town of Mürren, here you will find the Mürren-Schilthorn ski area with another 53 km of slopes.

In the small center of Wengen you will find various facilities such as a supermarket, bakery and various stores and restaurants. You will also find some discos and bars where you can go until the late hours for a pleasant evening. Furthermore, you will find the ski rental and the ski school with practice field at the Männlichenbahn.

Wengen is car-free and is therefore only accessible by train. You can park your car in Lauterbrunnen and take the train to Wengen (approx. 15 minutes).
