Catered chalet with ski-in options, near the centre of Santa Cristina

General description

Chalet Zirm is located about 400 meters from the cozy center of Santa Cristina. The Col Raiser gondola is about 300 meters from the chalet and is also easily accessible by bus. In the afternoon it is possible to ski back to the chalet (if there is enough snow; over an unprepared piste) and enjoy the sun on the balcony. Chalet Zirm also has a ski storage room and you have Wi-Fi internet connection in the living room.

The chalet is spread over three floors, of which the first floor and second floor are rented. Each of these floors can be reached separately via its own access outside. In the chalet there are several smaller living rooms, so you can also enjoy your own privacy in the chalet. Because the living and dining room are on the top floor of the chalet there is a beautiful view over the village.

Chalet Zirm is rented out including extensive catering service. So you don't have to worry about anything anymore and can fully enjoy everything the area has to offer!

The catering includes:
7x Breakfast buffet; including coffee, tea, fruit juice, baguettes, (chocolate) croissants, cheese, various meats and sweet spreads.
6x Dinner (between 18:00 and 19:30); extensive 3-course dinner, including soft drinks, juices, beer and an appropriate wine, and after the meal a cup of coffee or tea.

Throughout the day, drinks (except strong alcoholic beverages and in reasonable moderation) are included.

In the middle of the week, the chalet boy or girl has a day off. On this day, breakfast is self-service and you are expected to provide dinner at your own expense.

To provide optimal service, the chalet staff themselves also stay in the chalet. They have their own bedroom and bathroom, these are not described further in the text.

Layout

This apartment is spread over 2 floors, each with a separate entrance outside.

Functionally furnished living room with sitting area, dining area and television. Another smaller living room with sitting area. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Spacious balcony on the sunny side.

Three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Through the hallway there are two 1-person sofa beds accessible. There is also a bathroom with shower.

Two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The other bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a sink. One bathroom with bath and toilet. Separate toilet.
