Casa Tra Cime is a beautiful detached chalet 10 minutes drive from Arabba in the Dolomites with connection to the Sella Ronda. From Arabba you can take several elevators up to ski in the Arabba/Marmolada ski area. The famous Sella Ronda leads through the ski area of Arabba, this ski tour connects 4 valleys in the Dolomites. Or take a trip to the ski resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo, which is a half-hour drive away. 1 km from the chalet is a typical Italian hamlet (Pieve di Livinallongo), where you will find a supermarket and restaurant/pizzeria.
The large farmhouse from 1870 has been restored into a beautiful chalet, with exceptional craftsmanship and use of top quality materials. Respecting the original atmosphere, the owner has managed to create a refined blend of a traditional look with a modern luxurious interior and contemporary facilities. In short, after a day on the slopes you can relax here!
There are several sunny balconies with stunning panoramic views, stretching from the Sella massif to the Marmolada glacier and the Civetta Mountains. There is also a washing machine and ski storage room with shoe heating. Along the road are public parking spaces.

The huge chalet consists of 3 floors and a basement. The chalet is rented for 8 adults and 2 children up to age 11.
A beautiful, double-height huge open living space has been created over the upper two floors, overlooking old preserved beams and partially exposed original stone walls. The spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a huge fireplace is connected to the dining room and a state-of-the-art and fully equipped spacious kitchen with a large island, equipped with La Cornue stove, microwave, washing machine, espresso machine, large refrigerator and dishwasher.
There is a mezzanine that extends the entire width of the chalet and provides an additional lounge area with unobstructed views of the valley.
The house comprises four generous double bedrooms, two of which are original 'Stubes' with Stube ovens, all tastefully decorated with wood. Two of these double bedrooms are connected to single bedrooms (1 of which has its own entrance from the hallway). Finally, there is a 4-person bedroom with two traditional wooden bunk beds.
There are 3 large bathrooms with walk-in shower and double basins, 2 of them ensuite, one of which also contains a bathtub. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. There is also a separate toilet.
The basement with a beautiful vaulted ceiling houses a wine cellar (wines for a fee) and the ski storage room with shoe heating.
Although the chalet sleeps 14, the maximum permitted occupancy is 10 people (8 adults and 2 children up to age 11).
