Wintersport Superdévoluy
Modest ski area with plenty of possibilities for all levels
Superdévoluy is a modern ski area, covering around 50 km of slopes. The area exists out of the villages Superdévoluy and La Joue du Loup. In both area we offer chalet-apartments, but also detached chalets. However, the accommodations in Superdévoluy are located more favorable, when comparing the distance from the chalet to the slopes and lifts in La Joue du Loup.
In the top part of the ski area you will mainly find red and black slopes, leading away from La Pierra (2500 meters). More down in the area near Superdévoluy there are 16 km of gentle blue slopes, perfectly fit for beginners. The lift Pré du Renard also has a good connection to the ski area of Superdévoluy and La Joue du Loup.
For the snowboarders there is a fun-park named ‘Mushroom Park’, featuring some kickers and an airbag. On the piste Les Meules there is another smaller fun-park situated. For cross-country skiers there is around 35 km of trails offered, varying in level. For more cross-country trails it is possible shift to Col du Festre.
Apres-ski is not the number one priority in this area. There are two discotheques, La Fournaise and Le Chalet, but these mostly only visited in the weekend from 11 PM.
