Chalet in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville, slope at 100 meters

General description

The charming chalet Marie Gros is situated on the church square in the old village centre of Saint Martin de Belleville. The drag lift and the slopes are about 100 meters away from the chalet. From the village there is a cable car to Tougnete (2434 m), from where you can ski to Méribel or Les Menuires. This gondola can be reached via the drag lift. The distance by road is about 600 meters. There is a skibus leaving about 100 meters away (at the drag lift), it drives 2x in the morning and 2x in the afternoon.

In the center of the village are several (sports) shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. At the cabin lift is the ski school and there is also a children's meadow.

The chalet is built in traditional style using natural materials such as stone and wood. This comfortable chalet is furnished with great care and has three balconies. There is also a fireplace, where you can warm up after a day in the snow. The chalet also has a Wi-Fi internet connection and a ski storage room with ski boot dryer. There is one private parking space at the chalet. Other cars can be parked at the free public parking lots in the village.

Next to Chalet Marie Gros is Chalet Pépé Martin (for max. 10 persons). Together the chalets can accommodate up to 18 people.

Layout

This chalet is divided over three floors.

Living room with two armchairs by the fireplace, television, bluetooth speaker and a dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, raclette set and dishwasher. Furthermore, this chalet has three balconies, a Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, hairdryer and a ski storage room with ski boot dryer.

Four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds each, and one with a single bed and a single sofa bed. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower. Three separate toilets.
