Les Balcons de Saint Martin is located on the outskirts of the village of Saint Martin de Belleville, about 400 metres from the centre, the slopes and the ski tow. By means of this drag lift you can reach the gondola, which takes you further into the ski area. The distance to the gondola by road is about 900 meters. The ski bus leaves only 25 meters from the accommodation.
Saint Martin de Belleville is an authentic mountain village with all the facilities for a successful winter sports holiday. In the village you will find several cozy restaurants and bars with sun terraces, (sports) shops, a supermarket, ski school and a children's meadow.
Les Balcons de Saint Martin consists of spacious (semi-detached) chalets and apartments, which are comfortably and tastefully decorated. They are equipped with, among other things, a wood-burning stove and Wi-Fi internet connection and each have one parking space in the parking garage. There are also outdoor parking spaces at the residence.
This is a semi-detached chalet and is spread over three floors.
Living room with a small sitting area, television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, wood stove, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, stove, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Furthermore, this apartment has a southwest-facing terrace, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine and a ski locker with ski boot dryer.
Five bedrooms, three with two single beds (90 cm wide) and two with a double bed. Five bathrooms (all en-suite with bedroom), two with bath and toilet each, two with shower and toilet each and one with shower. Two separate toilets.
