Chalet des Encombres is located in the centre of the charming wintersport village Saint Martin de Belleville, close to the famous Les Menuires (ca. 7,5 km). The chalet has a convenient location in relation to the slopes and the ski lift, which are already at only 150 meters distance. Through this tow lift you can reach the cabin lift of Saint Martin de Belleville, which has a connection to the slopes to Les Menuires and Méribel. The distance by road to the cabin lift is about 700 meters.
Saint Martin de Belleville has a cosy village centre where you can find several restaurants, bars, (sports) shops and a supermarket. At the cabin lift is the ski school.
The comfortable chalet des Encombres is furnished with care and attention to detail. There are two balconies, from here you have a panoramic view over the surrounding mountains. The chalet also has a wood stove, where you can warm up after an active day in the open air. Furthermore, the chalet has a ski storage room and Wi-Fi internet connection.
There are public parking spaces in the vicinity of the chalet, where you can park your car for free.
This chalet is spread over two floors.
Living room with a sitting area with television, wood stove, dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen with, among other things, ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue set and dishwasher. Furthermore, this chalet has a washer and dryer, ski storage and two balconies, one facing south and one facing west.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. One 4-person bedroom with two bunk beds. One bedroom with two single beds. One mezzanine with a sitting area. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
Please note that some rooms in the chalet have a sloping roof (limited headroom, max. 180 cm).
