The cozy chalet-apartment Loutantin is located in the heart of the authentic village of Saint Marcel de Belleville. It is located between the well-known villages of Les Menuires (approx. 6 km) and Saint Martin de Belleville (approx. 1.5 km). A lot of wood has been used for the interior, giving it a cozy feel. Chalet-appartement Loutantin is located about 1300 m from the slopes and after a day of skiing you can ski (off piste) back to about 300 meters.
The nearest ski elevator can be found in Saint Martin de Belleville at approx (1.2 km). This cabin elevator takes you up to the heart of the vast and extensive Les Trois Vallées ski area. In the child-friendly and charming village of Saint Martin you will find all the necessary facilities for a successful winter sport. You will find a ski school, nice restaurants, bars, cafes and several stores. Saint Marcel itself does not have many facilities, you can find these in neighboring Saint Martin. From Saint Marcel there are free ski buses to Saint Martin de Belleville and Les Menuires. The ski bus stop is 150 meters from the apartment and runs about 3x in the morning and 3x at the end of the day.
In Loutantin it is nice to come home! After a day in the cold you can warm up by the wood stove in the living room. There is a ski storage room with ski boot dryers where you can store your equipment and parking where you can park your car.
This chalet apartment is divided over three floors.
Cosy living room with a sitting area, wood stove and television. Dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with three gas rings, one electric ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Furthermore, this chalet apartment has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, ski storage with ski boot dryer, balcony and terrace.
Four bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190 cm). Two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). One mezzanine with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a double sofa bed (90 x 190 cm). Four bathrooms, all with shower and toilet.
