Chalet Balcon Cime de Caron is a beautiful chalet, entirely renovated in traditional style with natural stone and wood. This spacious and comfortable chalet is located in the quiet mountain village Praranger, which is situated below Les Menuires (approx. 4 km). From the chalet you have a view on the mountains of the Belleville-valley.
The Trois Vallées ski area starts at the slopes and ski lifts in Le Bettaix, at ca. 1 km from the chalet. When there is sufficient snow skiing back to the chalet is possible (no slopes, so not for beginners). There is a free ski bus leaving at 300 metres, but it does not run frequently.
The centre of Les Menuires is at about 5 minutes driving distance from the chalet. Here you will find a ski school, large sports centre with swimming pool, ice rink, restaurants, shops and all kinds of entertainment.
Balcon Cime de Caron has a garage with parking for one small car. Further parking facilities are available at about 80 meters from the house.
The chalet is spread over three floors. Access from the first floor to the second floor is only possible via an external staircase.
On the second floor there is a spacious, cozy living room with a sitting area with fireplace, television and DVD player, dining area and an open kitchen with, among other things, a gas stove, large refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, raclette set and dishwasher. Furthermore, the chalet has a ski storage room, ski boot dryer, washing machine, Wi-Fi internet connection, floor heating (partial), a terrace and a south-facing balcony.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (one of which is a walk-through room). One bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The second floor has four bedrooms, two 3-person bedrooms with three single beds each, one small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. Separate toilet.
Although this chalet has more beds, the maximum occupancy is 15 people.
