Chalet Le Traiyot has a quiet location between the ski villages of Morzine and Avoriaz. Because of the higher location you have a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains. In the morning you can immediately hit the slopes to explore the versatile ski area, because the blue slopes are already at 250 meters. The nearest ski lift is located at ca. 1,4 km.
Despite the quiet location of the chalet the villages of Morzine and Avoriaz are not far away. Avoriaz is at ca. 4 km, here you will find all the necessary facilities for a successful winter sports. There are several nice restaurants, bars, a supermarket, several shops, ski rental and a practice area for children. Besides skiing, there is an indoor swimming pool, wellness centre, skating rink, bowling alley and several fun parks. This car-free village is the snowiest village in the heart of Les Portes du Soleil and is also known for its child-friendly nature. Fun for the kids; in high season you can join the weekly torchlight procession. The village of Morzine is at ca. 7 km from the chalet.
Chalet Le Traiyot has a lot of wooden paneling which gives it a warm and cozy atmosphere. The living room has a wood-burning stove where you can enjoy a drink after a day's skiing. There is a parking lot at the chalet and it is possible to order bread delivery service on the spot.
This chalet is divided over two floors.
