Wintersport Les Gets

Les Gets is an old but charming village, with an authentic atmosphere. This village is located about 8 km away from Morzine and is connected to the extensive ski region of Les Portes du Soleil. From Les Gets there are two ski areas accessible: at one side of the village the Mont Chéry starts, offering mainly black and red slopes, and at the other side of the village the big ski area of Chavannes/Ranfoily can be found, offering a bigger range of various slopes. Les Gets offers a great variety of facilities e.g. numerous restaurants and bars, various shops, several supermarkets, a ski school, ski rental and day care. On a regular basis there are events organized in this village, with a frequent focus on children. In Les Gets there is also a Mechanical Music museum located and an authentic cheese farm.
