New chalet with wellness, 700 meters from the Linga cabinlift

General description

Chalet Le Bois Brûlé is located in a quiet location in the winter sports resort of Châtel. This detached chalet is about 700 meters away from the nearest ski elevator, the Télécabine du Linga. This cabin elevator is easily accessible by ski bus, which stops just 50 meters from the chalet. This ski bus runs approximately every 20 minutes. With the Télécabine du Linga you have connection to the slopes towards Avoriaz and Morzine. The Linga/Pré la Joux area is also connected by new slopes and chairlifts to the Super-Châtel area, which gives access to the Swiss part of Les Portes du Soleil. Depending on snow conditions, it is possible to ski back to about 300 meters away from the chalet.

The ski bus also runs to the center of Châtel (approx. 1.5 km), where a wide range of stores, restaurants and après-ski bars can be found. Within a radius of about 200 meters from the chalet you will find a small grocery store, bakery, sports store and the children's ski school. Furthermore, you can visit the Forme d'O Centre Aquatique with indoor pool.

Chalet Le Bois Brûlé is very spacious and is luxuriously and comfortably equipped. The chalet includes a wellness area with sauna and an outdoor whirlpool on the terrace; great to relax in after a day on the slopes! The chalet has six parking spaces.

Layout

This chalet has two floors.

The spacious living room is located on the ground floor and has a sitting area with wood-burning stove, television, Blu-ray player and radio/CD player, large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the first floor there is a second living area with a 2-person sofa bed, television and Blu-ray player. Furthermore, this chalet has a wellness area with sauna and shower, terrace with outdoor whirlpool and garden furniture, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, ski storage with ski boot dryer, floor heating and a balcony.

On the ground floor you'll find one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore there is a separate toilet on this floor.

The first floor has four bedrooms. Two triple bedrooms with three single beds each and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms with a double bed each. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. All bathrooms have a hairdryer and towel dryer.
