General description
In a quiet location on the edge of the centre of the authentic ski village Châtel, you will find the luxury chalet apartment 21@The View. After an active day in the snow you can warm up by the crackling fire or in the private whirlpool of the chalet apartment. This chalet apartment is spacious and attractively furnished so that you will feel at home immediately.
The Super Châtel gondola is located at about 250 metres (via the slopes) from chalet apartment 21@The View and takes you into the ski area of Châtel with mostly blue and red slopes. With the extended ski pass you have access to the ski area of the Portes du Soleil, on the border of France and Switzerland. The meeting point of the ski school is at the mountain station of the Super Châtel cable car. At the end of the day you can ski back to the chalet apartment.
Because chalet-apartment 21@The View is located at the edge of the centre, all facilities are within walking distance. In the center you will find the ski rental, various bars, restaurants, childcare and (delicatessen) shops. The supermarket and the famous wellness centre Forme d'O can be found a bit further in the village, at about 750 meters from the chalet apartment.
Layout
The chalet apartment is spread over two floors.
On the second floor you will find the spacious and luxuriously furnished living room with lovely sitting area by the fireplace, Sonos sound system, piano and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with hobs, American fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Access to the balcony. There is also a washing machine in the chalet. Ski lockers are downstairs in the building.
One bedroom with sloping roof (limited headroom) with two single beds next to the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there is a separate sitting area with television and DVD collection. Four bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with two single beds (on request it is possible to make these two single beds as a double bed). One bedroom with two bunk beds. Three bathrooms, one with bath, shower and toilet, one with bath and toilet and one with a shower and toilet. From the first floor access to two balconies, one with whirlpool.
