The apartment house Gerda, renovated in 2009, is sunny and centrally located in Ried im Zillertal, about 1 km from Kaltenbach. The apartment house is about 50 meters from the ski bus stop and from there you can reach the slopes in Kaltenbach within 5 minutes with the free ski bus. A gondola leaves from Kaltenbach to the large ski area of Hochzillertal. A ski school is also located here. In addition, about 10 km away is the ski elevator of Zell am Ziller, which takes you into the Zillertal Arena ski area. From here you can ski to Gerlos and Königsleiten. There is also a cross-country ski trail 50 meters from the apartment house. In Fügen, 5 km away, you will find the indoor swimming pool "Erlebnistherme Zillertal", which includes saunas and massage facilities (for a fee).
The center of Ried im Zillertal is cozy and attractive with a number of restaurants, stores and cozy bars. A small supermarket is about 140 meters away and a restaurant about 70 meters away.
Apartment House Gerda is divided into three apartments and features a Wi-Fi Internet connection (fee), a shared ski storage room with ski boot dryer and a shared washing machine (fee). There is free parking at the apartment house. Bread roll service is available.

Tastefully decorated, spacious living room with comfortable seating area with television with DVD player and dining area. Fully equipped open kitchen with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Furthermore, the apartment has a Wi-Fi Internet connection (fee), a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain world.
Four bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which also has access to the terrace. Four bathrooms, all en-suite, three with shower and toilet and one with bath and toilet. Separate toilet.
